Bookings will be taken online by an easy automated system where you simply select the classes you want. The system will only allow bookings for the number of class places available, so no need to choose second preferences – you will be able to see which classes have places available. To use the online booking system, you will need access to the internet and a credit card.
You will need to book an expo ticket for each day you want to attend classes.

1 day: $14

2 days: $25

3 days: $37

GETTING READY TO BOOK

• Print out the Timetable at  Glance (under Class Information menu item - available closer to the event). Read through the class descriptions and select the classes you are interested in. Mark them on the timetable and check the days and times do not conflict.
  

• Choose your classes and have your credit card handy. You will need to purchase an expo ticket for each day of classes you attend.
  

• Do NOT choose classes that occur in the same timeslot on the same day, otherwise your booking form will not be processed.
  

• Take note of any class requirements in the class description.
  

• Go to the online booking section. Complete your details then follow the prompts to secure your classes and make your payment.

• Call 02 9452 7575 if you need assistance.
• NB: If you are booking for a friend, please complete a separate booking for each person, under their own name. Please do not combine bookings with another person.
  

CLASS BOOKING CONDITIONS
•    Payment of fees must accompany all bookings otherwise the booking cannot be processed and you will need to book an expo ticket for each day you attend classes.

•    Cancellations received in writing before May, 2010 will receive a 50 per cent refund of fees paid and will be at Expertise Events sole discretion. After this date there will be no refunds. All cancellations must be forwarded to Expertise Events in writing. Please note that substitutions of the delegate may be accepted in lieu of a cancellation, at the discretion of Expertise Events but, due to limited class numbers, class selection changes cannot be made.
•    In the event of a tutor cancellation due to illness or other unforeseen circumstance, the tutor will be replaced and no refunds will be available in this instance.
•    Students are required to bring the materials and tools stated on the class description.
•    Online bookings for classes close on June 6, 2010. After that date bookings for classes will need to be made onsite.
•    All students in the class are required to pay full fee. No children under 12 years of age will be permitted.

•    Individual products may change if suppliers are unable to fulfill orders. In this event, the product will be replaced by a similar one of equal value.


FAQs About the Classes
Can I book by phone?
Yes, call 02 9452 7575 with class choices and credit card handy. Have several class choices in case your first preference is full.

Can I pay by cheque?
You can pay by cheque, but you will need to make a phone booking. Have several class preferences chosen. Your class place cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

What do I make?
Please read the class descriptions and consult the timetable. Some classes are project based and others teach you a specific technique. Pictures may illustrate the project or what is possible using the technique.

What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring the supplies and tools required in the class, as listed in each description. Most classes require you to at least bring the Expo Tool Kit.

For all 2 hour classes, please bring along your Expo Toolkit. It should contain:

• A paper trimmer
• Adhesives (glue stick and tape of your choice)
• Cutting tool (scissors or craft knife)
• Cutting mat
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Ruler
• Scorer
• Hole punch
• Setter
• Baby wipes for cleaning hands

Also read the class description for any extra things you need to bring to each class you book. Most classes include a fantastic kit of products, but some may require that you bring along photos or other items.
